AI & Automation

Free up your team's time for the work that matters.

I identify repetitive processes consuming your team's time and build AI-powered workflows that automate them, so they can focus more on value-added tasks.

Start with one workflow. Prove the ROI. Then automate more.

Sound familiar?

This is the work I automate.

What Can Be Automated

CRM updates Lead qualification Email processing Customer follow-ups Supplier follow-ups Reporting Document processing Content workflows Content management Customer onboarding Post-sales processes Internal knowledge & search Booking workflows Customer support Internal administration Data extraction & classification WhatsApp workflows Connecting existing tools

If a repetitive process follows rules and involves information moving between people or systems, there's a good chance part of it can be automated.

How It Works

1

Workflow Audit

We analyze how the team works, identify repetitive processes and select automation opportunities based on time saved, cost, feasibility and business impact.

2

Automation Sprint

We choose one high-value workflow and build a working automation, delivering something useful quickly rather than starting with a huge "AI transformation" project.

3

Scale

Once the first automation demonstrates value, we identify and automate additional workflows.

ONE WORKFLOW → PROVE VALUE → AUTOMATE MORE

Illustrative example only, not a promise of results. Actual savings depend on your specific processes.

AI didn't start with ChatGPT, and neither did my work with it.

I started working with AI-driven systems around 2013. My background combines applied mathematics, AI and machine learning, software, product and automation, and I've published or co-authored dozens of scientific papers in this field.

I've led technical teams and entire R&D departments. Much of my career has involved understanding complex processes and using technology to automate or improve them.

Today, generative AI makes it possible to automate processes that previously required much more custom software. I combine deep technical understanding with hands-on implementation.

I don't just advise companies on what they could automate. I can design and build it.

Recent Systems I've Built

Different industries. Same underlying challenge: understand what people are doing manually and design technology that does it better.

What would you automate if you could?

Most companies have processes that exist simply because "that's how we've always done it." Someone copies information from emails into a CRM. Someone prepares the same report every Friday. Someone manually follows up with customers. Someone moves information between spreadsheets, documents and internal systems.

I'll help you identify which of those processes are worth automating, and build the solution.

No AI strategy presentation. No six-month transformation project. We find one valuable workflow and start there.
